Coming off an absolutely stellar, albeit somewhat astonishing, bulldozing of the Toronto Maple Leafs, the Bruins (5-5-0) will take on the Minnesota Wild (4-3-0) tonight at TD Garden for the first time this season.
This will be the second game out of many the Bruins will play without Zdeno Chara, who is lacking in the functional knee department. On the bright side, the Bruins have sent Joe Morrow back to Providence, leaving the shinier of two less than desirable defensemen to fill the void left by Big Zee. Kevan Miller is still MIA right now also with a dislocated right shoulder sustained on October 20th during a fight during the Red Wings game.
The Wild are coming into this game without defensemen Gustav Olofsson, who suffered a shoulder injury in the pre-season in the September 29th game against the Winnipeg Jets that needed surgery. In comparison to the debacle the Bruins are currently dealing with though, avoiding a fallout from this seems like a walk in the park.

Team Stats
Team: The Wild are coming into tonight's game after a 5-4 loss to the Rangers yesterday. The Wild are fourth in the Metropolitan Division behind teams like the Predators, which baffles me beyond belief because I mean, it's the Predators. Like what. Anyways, the Bruins haven't played the Wild since last season, where the Wild went 17-17-7 during away games with an overall record of 43-27-12.
Players: Zucker has three goals in his past two games while Pominville has two goals and two assists in the last three games.
Goalie: Backstrom will be in net for the Wild tonight. Backstrom has played in one game, which the Wild lost, with a 2.03 GAA and .875 SV%.

Team: The Bruins are coming into this game after a beautiful win against the Toronto Maple Leafs, who are still suffering from the curse of a 4-1 score. The Bruins desperately needed this win to start up some momentum that they're going to need since they don't have Chara. The Bruins are 4th in the Atlantic Division still behind the Red Wings and the Canadiens.
Players: Krejci is on fire right now with three goals and five assists during a six game point streak. Campbell has a goal in two of the past three games.
Goalie: Tuukka Rask will be in net tonight. Tuukka has played in 7 games with a 4-3 record, a 2.63 GAA and a .897 SV%, which is very unlike Tuukka but hopefully this will change soon.
